Research Interests
My research focuses on conversion of waste materials into biofuels or renewable energy resources using microorganisms to hydrolyse wastes such as agro-wastes and the subsequent conversion of these wastes to biofuels such as bioethanol through fermentation processes. The conversion of wastes into biofuels can go a long way in solving problems relating to energy generation, development of alternative energy, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and reducing environmental pollution.
