Research Interests
My research interest lies in exploring the intersection of inorganic chemistry and biological systems, focusing on the role of metal ions and metalloproteins in biochemical processes. This includes investigating the structural, functional, and catalytic roles of metal centers in enzymes and biomolecules. I am particularly interested in the development of bioinspired inorganic complexes for applications in medicine, such as designing metal-based drugs and diagnostic agents, and in environmental chemistry, including biomimetic catalysis for sustainable energy solutions. This field offers exciting opportunities to bridge chemistry and biology, contributing to advancements in health and environmental sustainability.
